Planning an ERP implementation

One of the key elements of a successful ERP implementation comes before any money is spent or infrastructure is put in place. Creating an implementation plan—including a budget, project team, change management strategy, and clearly defined metrics for success—is a crucial first step to driving agility throughout the entire implementation process and beyond. 4. Establish clear metrics to measure
