Independent Computer Consulting Group (ICCG) Chairman and CEO Shiv Kaushik, announced today that seasoned ERP veteran, Manoj Gandhi, has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer. ICCG is a Global Information Technology Solutions Provider for the Enterprise and for nearly three decades has provided innovative, real-world solutions for today’s technology-driven industries.

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Manoj will serve as a member of the executive leadership team and, based out of the UK location, will lead ICCG’s global operations. He will plan, direct, and oversee the company's operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals and help to execute long-term and short-term plans and directives with exceptional judgement, vision, management, and leadership.

Manoj comes with more than 30 year's practical experience as a Programmer, Support Consultant, Support Manager, Director of Application Managed Services Worldwide and now as Chief Operating Officer. He was formerly Director - Delivery, Application Managed Services at Infor.
